What glove ounce should I buy?
Start with your bodyweight: lighter hands run 12–14 oz for bag work, heavier hands 14–16 oz. For sparring, size up for extra padding. The full breakdown lives on the size guide.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same business day from Las Vegas. Most US addresses arrive in 2–5 business days, tracked. Ebooks download instantly. Full details on the shipping page.
Is shipping really free?
Free on US orders of $75 or more. Under that it's a flat $6, and ebooks are always free since they're a PDF.
Can I return gear that doesn't fit?
Yes — 30 days from delivery on unused gear with tags and box intact, refunded in full to your original payment. Here's the returns policy.
What does the warranty cover?
A one-year stitch-and-seam warranty. If the stitching or seams fail during honest training, we replace the item — used or not.
How long should my hand wraps be?
Most adults run 180 in; larger hands or extra wrist support go 200 in, and youth hands use 108 in. Muay Thai fighters usually want the longer wrap for clinch support.
Do you test the gear yourselves?
Every item on the site is beaten in on our own heavy bag before it earns a spot on the rack. If it didn't hold up, it isn't here.
Are the supplements third-party tested?
